Low float limits volume and someone has been trying to keep a lid on GOSY.

Investors will come into GOSY slowly, traders only come in if it POPs.

Probably because after years of PRs that didn't come close to what they were supposed to produce, another one isn't going to convince anyone. Looks like someone has been trying to sell the news, but the buying is so light, they have to keep dropping the ask.
