Marcel Zowtuk, President & CEO
Mr. Zowtuk is a qualified operations and production manager with 31 years of corporate and field management experience. Through his career he has held several leadership positions. Most recently Director of Operations for Canetic Resources Inc. and prior thereto held progressively more responsible positions with Burlington Resources Canada Inc formerly Poco Petroleum’s Ltd (1991-2005). Mr. Zowtuk served as the Chairman of the Competency Management Development System (CMDS) Executive and Advisory committees from 2003 – 2008 at which time in excess of 40 Oil & Gas Exploration, Development and Production/Construction Companies were actively participating.

Scott Douglas, Vice President
Mr. Douglas is a skilled financial manager with experience in private company financings, Canadian oil & gas taxation and several facets of financial analysis and valuations. He was most recently Director of Investor Relations & Business Development with Black Goose Holdings Inc., and formerly held research positions with Morgan Stanley. He received an Honours degree in Economics and Mathematics from Lake Forest College in Illinois, is a member of the Economics Honour Society and is a former NCAA All-Academic team member.

Again I see no mention of NHSH in any regard. Not as parent company, wholly owned subsidiary, nothing. Why Tom?
