If it was a legit RM then yes.

But we all know this won't be a legit RM. There will be fluff PR/NEWS and hype leading up to the RM-(scam). Then the PPS will drop from massive dilution and people will be left holding the bag. Much like another laughable RM that just happened in a similar stock.
