I agree 100%!! With no PR on what the heck is going on here this will IMO drop way back. I can't believe this is still around .002???? I would bet without a PR we might be able to add another zero in front of that 2. I will just sit back and watch either my money go in the tank or watch the management figure out what they are doing and do it and the PPS take off. What a potential this stock has to be waisted on this management and or lack of.

Okay, outsourcing came due to lack of financing. Clearer.

Any word from the local government (Messena?) if they still see the plant opening as active?
