Jagman - Regarding QLHC reverse split. I would stay 50 miles away from this stock. A couple of years back they had another reverse split resulting is a new "starting price" $3.50. Drove the price i about two yers down to .11. Now the process is starting all over again. Company has had 3 divisions--only one of them legitimate--the other two shells. I believe management has been milking this thing. They were always "going to get the books audited" which never happened. For me at present I am limiting my pink sheet investments to TDYH. Waitedg
