No need to feel sorry for me. My money isn't tied up in WTWOD or other investments that lose 90% of their value in 6 months. :-)
Look, I get the whole "the more you put, the more you're protected" stuff or what ever type of Tony Robbins message you're trying to preach to me. However, this company's share structure is set up where if the company wins (extremely hypothetical, borderline fairy tale), the preferrds win more, and if it loses (which it has been since, like, forever) the preferreds take less of a hit. I'd just like to see unsuspecting investors (who was most likely brought here by some temp MikeM paid in shares to send out a bunch of spam to random email addresses) be aware of that so they don't watch their money vanish due to some screw job.
And what reputation is MikeM putting on the line? A reputation of dilution, zero revenue, reverse splits, and late business license filings causing W2 to go into Default status?
What am I offering? Caveat emptor. That's all.
