Once again let's hope CMEY shareholders are holding up well? For those who have been around for many years... and witnessed S-1's of this size, SIZE does matter here. ;-)
Why/How?

In my years of investing I have yet too see a company take this long / final results / S1.
Given the complexities therein, trust your instincts... this is a GOOD thing!
One other goodie.... those who accumulated at .01 many months ago when MM's were giving those prices up like CottonCandy will be rewarded! ;-)
