yes....sorry bout that....they were 50 cent warrants

i learned that there were no terms on those privately placed 10 million share/warrants except that they have 2 years to exercise the option to puchase them.

so...those dudes got a heck of a deal considering the SP is due to adjust upwards to conform to the revenue generation streams and the projected sales.....

glad to have VRSEF as a significant retirement LTA....

can you imagine what will be their next Spectrometry diagnostic tool? HIV detection? Ebola? Exciting especially considering the success that this organization has had with licensure in so many countries.....
