As I stated earlier, CEO Brennan will be happy to
speak with you, if he's available and IMO, he's
probably preparing for the MMTC stockholders
meeting.

I am not offended about your desire to "help" I
just don't see what I need "help" with. I am not
being sarcastic, I'm just saying I don't need an
intermediary or assistance in communicating w/the
CEO. Nor do you, if you so chose to contact him,
one on one.

There is no offense, given or received, and I
respect and invite any positive contributions
to the MMTC Board.

I apologize for any misunderstanding we've had
up til now and my intention here is to let you
know, while I appreciate your offer, and give
you the benefit of the doubt, I have no need of
your further involvement in this matter.
