More Like a Transfer of Assets Than RM

A true RM (As you Posted is between a Private and Public
This is not a Private Co becoming public

This is ridding a company of a Bloated Sharestructure
and a name associated with P&Ds

Today a fancy Reverse Split was done behind shareholders Backs

It is also a company going back on a public Share distro plan
Shareholders of record should still recieve their 1 for 4
And current investors should be compensated for the loss of assets
(Thus a Revese split without the name)
