How many partnerships did APCX develop over the last couple of years, and how many actually provided ANYTHING to APCX? Many were PR'd, and very few made it into their disclosures as providing anything.
Partnership is a favored term here in the pinks, cause it sounds really good in a PR, but usually amounts to zero.
