What this stock needs is a good old fashion pump n dump promotion

Now, if that were the case, I would change my outlook. I would
say 8 - 10 cents in 30 days. But that's not the way this is
playing out. Still think 1.6 pennys is attainable by Q3 (cal)
next year.
