I did talk to Frank and he said that he cannot nor will he say when the pr would be coming out. He said that they know the exact date when they will put the pr out, but unless I have 3500 shareholders on the phone at the same time, then there is no way that he is going to violate SEC rules. FORGET IT! And yes, he did say 3500 shareholders. Heck, I didn't know this company has that many.
