I think we can all agree here, pros and cons alike that the .0004 is a rogue trade and is excluded from the equation.

I think most can contribute the later drop in pps due to the TA issue and what it caused. As far as looking at the chart an immediate sharp decline after the wedge is absent. There is a decline but a very shallow one and then it levels out.
