was the date of first sale of the 5 cent private placement.

All the shares in the PP were not sold on that date. There are 18 investors with different unlock dates.

I would be careful asking where the selloff is when the most recent financing is a floorless convertible. They tend to work like a snowball going downhill.

You have an accumulation of shares going out the door at a HIGH price of 5 cents. Though it is hard to predict the WHEN, it is certain it will go THROUGH 5 cents when the selling does happens.

Firms that sell floorless convertibles do not invest in dreams. They price for guaranteed profit.
