No one's accused Spencer of fraud, YET. He's only currently accused of defamation. Two courts have ruled he owes Wallace $ for improper conduct. If he's found to be guilty of fraud, I'm guessing a derivative action or possible SEC/FINRA investigation may follow. Very serious situation that all SHs should be concerned with. He may not be able to remain as a CEO of a public company. Very serious situation. IMO
