That's not a fact. It's speculation. And Wrong.

There is nothing on this company's horizon that could cause a "parabolic" move.

They are diluting like crazy, reporting the addition of over 8M shares in the first half of this quarter alone.

Even if they were to get $1M for Pharmasphere, that's far less than their usual operating loss for a quarter. IOW, they will burn through it in a couple of months.

Q4 is their lowest quarter for fertilizer sales, and the only thing that could possibly save them, actual paid licensees and equipment sales for Terrasphere, along with sales of IWW equipment, will be hard to come by, since in the 10-Q they state:

"Therefore, in the fourth quarter of 2011, in order to conserve cash, the Company began to implement plans to continue California operations while curtailing all but essential personnel at the Corporate level and cease all operations at the TerraSphere division and all operations at the IWW division other than the operations at the South Canyon Land fill."

Even if they are able to spin off Terraphere, there are still the questions of how to generate enough cash to pay Corporate's bills, and if they decide to sell the bagged Lawn and Turf products at Home Depot again this year, to cover the negative margin on those third-party produced bags they sell at a loss.

Of course, you know all this. You're just trying to make a profit on shares you bought at $0.015
