Give it a rest from reading these kinds of legal pleadings :- ) The outcome of the Copaxone patent case is important to MNTA, but it is not nearly as important as whether the FDA approves MNTA’s Copaxone ANDA and whether the FDA approves MYL’s Copaxone ANDA.

I understand and I have not even opened the latest "reply".

I agree that viscosity is a valid work around.

It is also a real case-killer when a key witness is effectively impeached one critical points.

The argument that mw measures are so unreliable and undefined as to make enablement fail, rang true.
