is that meaning for every 4 shares of Katx, we get 1 share of KATG ?
Does it base on the total shares you have now, or prior to July 16, 2010 ?

Flow chart went out the window. There were to be 2 separate companies as I recall. Kat Gold in BVIG and the rest in the other. So now Ken owes me for the HC to BVIG and now a 1 to 1 for all the rest of my shares for transfering properties. Ok. Lets see if we ever get them since were all still waiting for the first distro. It ain't gonna happen.
