No value possible with Turrini et al... not least because that is their INTENT... to eliminate the value.
Williams gives a shot at extracting real value...
I'd not claim that means there is a really good shot... but, a good enough shot at real value that it makes the effort worthwhile.
With success, there will be value... as it should be... and without restoring an ability to address the things required to enable success, there will be none.
Share price predictions aren't the point... there is either ZERO value here... or a significant value here... and which it is remains, for now, dependent ENTIRELY on whether or not the Turrini and Daic effort in operating their frauds are successful or not.
Thus far, they've not proven themselves particularly capable of pulling it off.
Looks to me more like what they're doing is digging an already deep hole deeper... but, then, I often see things differently than others will.
If Turrini wins... they'll strip all the value, actually already have in what has been postured as "the deal"... and while you can expect there will be one last good effort made at the P&D before the thing crashes and burns... you're still betting against the clock and against reason, even assuming the SEC doesn't entirely pull the plug on trading the shares well before then.
My opinion is that most will see the exits closing, which will mean there won't be enough pump possible to match the requirement to make the price move much...
So, even if you do bet on the winner, I'd not ever posture the last move made in a crash derby as likely to make anyone much of a fortune...
