Maybe they should start by having the skull and cross bones, "Buyer Beware" removed first, before dangling the uplisting to OTCBB out there lol.

Apparently that is the plan. So what is wrong with saying before the fact that they will be upgrading? Just because talk is cheap is no reason not to talk if you mean what you say. Lets not throw the baby out with the dirty water. Caution is prudent but I will give Cedric a chance to measure up. We may have a winner here. No guarantees that is for sure.
