I would say that the INTC settlement with TPL is probably priced into the pps... more than likely we got a one time payment of $20M split between TPL/PTSC. I do not think any settlement money from anyone else is priced into the stock though... if we only get $5M from each company that's still almost a billion dollars in revs, and that doesn't include any licensing deals for Ignite/Inflame or the wireless download protocol. The upside here is very much alive... but I think it will take some time for investors to realize this potential. A settlement with Fujitsu would certainly help though.
