Tom, I hope that you can get someone to listen and pay attention to the CRIMINAL activity that took place here. I tried and I know others contacted the SEC and FBI and both of those agencies are full of red taped azzholes that like to talk down to all that phone them. We couldn't even get an address to send sheet to.
Now, as for the "new" company officers...I don't think that they filed any complaint on behalf of the shareholders and they're "trying their hardest" to make amends. Basically, they'll sell the shell when they can't make it work and we'll be at the mercy of some type of reverse merger to the tune of 1,000/1 or something that will make our worthless share even more worthless...if that's actually possible. Again, all the aforementioned is in my opinion.
As for Pedro the Latin Lying Azzhole. He let FatBoy do what he wanted and turned the other cheek in a "holier than thou" attitude. IMO, he's a fraud and his restitution plan was nothing other than mierde! Hell, none of the stinkin' POS's will return a phone call nor an email. Speaking of POS's...I heard that Fat Bastard couldn't fit through the jail cell door because he had too much butter because that was the only way Theresa could fit up his fat azz!
