Yes Niteshift I was able to place a manual orders (several in fact, I have been buying it for a week). In fact I put an order in on Friday that did get filled. My understanding of the cituation is that you can call your broker and get a manual order put in if you don't live in BC (which means every where else in Canada you can trade it).
