VIX Target to Cover NDX Short Position

I agree that the VIX 29 is not yet reflecting any end to complacency by MOSIS. My target to cover my short position on the NDX that I entered on Jan 13th reversal day stands at VIX 34 as of now. The holding is ProFunds USPIX (-2 x NDX)
