As I read the PR, it means, like ASI and Dell, GOSY will buy services from ZMP. Of course, since GOSY has no money, as soon as the discussion turns to billing, the "relationship" will end. Much like Imasen, IMHO. GOSY bought a couple of wheelchairs, paid for them, "relationship" now over.

There's a reason payments TO GOSY are never mentioned in PRs. And it's not because spencer wants to keep the GOOD news to himself. ROFLMAO.
