DIVIDEND FEEDBACK RECEIVED FROM PGI

FROM PGI:

Just got off a call with FINRA over the dividend payment date being declared so we can issue the preferred to shareholders with accounts at brokerages to DTC (CEDE) division who handles that. FINRA just agreed to announce the payment date as 11/23/2011 and indicated if it is a problem because of the holiday they will notify me that the payment date will be on Monday after the holiday. FINRA will release information tommorrow. Regards!


I have to run out for a little while but this great to receive a reply and others can maybe look into this!

Latest info was that "may" be delayed until tomorrow due to the previous date being Friday, Holiday weekend.
