Empty promises and lackluster pr's. I remain slightly optimistic due to the fact that Pgie hasn't RS yet. I would be completely done here if that happens and move on to another fecalythic sub penny play. I believe we'll see pps rise here only if management can start to grasp a concept of honesty and let the sp rise without big block selling and dilution. Jmo
