its kyle's "feud"iciary duty to comply with the independent directors if they call a vote to consider turinni. further turinni must abstain from that vote, so it would be either to williams or walsh to vote him in or out.

this is amatuer night all the way, the announcement of a settlement, the shareholder forum, and now this bogus vote. I don't care how much pressure drago has put everyone under, somethings are just inexcusable

I guess I am on everybodys ignore list. Three months ago, I was shouting from the roof tops about what I think we should be doing to protect ourselves as shareholders. I even asked SirH to help me collect funds to hire a lawyer. He said he had enough trouble collecting for the copies.
IMHO we only have to ways to protect our selves.
We have to have a shareholders meeting,to place our people on the BOD
We have to hire a lawyer. I suggest We hire a $500 an hour lawyer. We use him as a consultant. He can read the charter tell us our rights as shareholders.
He can get a list of shareholders, both dark and light. He could look at all the agreements, etc. He could do that in 5 hours.We could use his findings as a road map.
So for about $3000 we could start a fire under these crooks
