This has a great chance...but something is going on right now...a transition period if you will, where the company has not said anything publicly for almost 3 months where as before they were pumping out releases at least every ten days. Good could come out of all this silence but....probably wouldn't be immediately....so we are left to play the waiting game I guess.

A state filing was made with regard to one of their international JV's. It was made after the last PR, so still waiting on a PR regarding it.
