That was for the fiscal year ending July 2011,we didn"t think their was going to be anything that year, thats old. FBCD started their new year aug 1ST.The 10q for aug 1st thru oct 31st is when it all begans.It still may take time to generate rev's, Lets wait to see what unfolds in the next 6 months to a year.The next few 10q's will show us what is going on.
Well the reason this is a pink sheet stock is because it has negative cash flows. Since it is trading as a .pk, expect and accept this fact. That is the reason it is trading sub-penny.
