Makes you wonder what they are proposing for us shareholders. They certainly aren't telling us and they certainly haven't told us the truth so far. Don't believe me, then where's the settlement agreement? Williams is the only person looking out for the shareholders as far as I can see. They have not provided any specifics concerning what management thinks he did and why they think he should be removed. I am more concerned about the south florida information and the details associated with that than I am williams. They are now in a rush to get williams out before the case is dismissed in state court. Turrini probably has some lame deal with Tmob that will get calypso enough to pay him his backpay and stock, which will then leave Calypso nothing and then he can move on. What has he done since he was reappointed in 2008, nothing. We are worse off now than we were then. Williams stepped in when the Daic parties were attempting to sell the patents in 2009. Where was Turrini? Didn't see him until the stock went to the greys. Then all of a sudden he reappeared, the stock went grey, he put on the shareholder forum and the stock plummeted. We are supposed to be paying him $120k a year and he didn't keep the filings up so we would stay on the pinks. Why is that? Was he so busy with day to day operations of the company details? There are no employees, there is no manufacturing facility to deal with, he doesn't even have to be at the corporate office. How much corporate business was he transacting ? So, why wasn't he making sure the filings were kept up to date so we could stay on the pinks. Turrini would like to blame williams, but isn't the CEO responsible for all matters related to corporate operations. I don't think we owe Turrini anything, except a termination slip.
