because it's the trade off given to those vcs' that clearly matters to jbi's mgmt .. and why they are being bypassed .. it's why i posted that vcs' would be salivating for a stake of JBI
disruptive technologies that actually get off the ground <survive> and can show results in under 5 years <2.5 here> are scarcer than hens' teeth
it's why .. i so look forward to jbi's perceived competition coming public <you know the one with *funding*> and providing their prospectus for *all* to read .. and realize what control has been relinquished for that stake
it's also why *all* should familiarize themselves with that other disruptive technology that came public via dutch auction in aug 2004 .. specific to their SS .. and then read the next year's filings .. specific to their SS and the *interest* undertaken by the street .. that is exactly what is going to happen *imo* with JBII
remember folks .. until mgmt embraces <edit> national media exposure .. this disruptive technology is known *locally* <both sides of the border> and by ihubbers .. which is why i ask all who've ever attended an annual shareholders' meeting .. to ask themselves .. has it been your experience to find 400 to 500 folks in attendance for a first or 2nd year AGM?
i know it's not ..
don't be shaken out of JBII shares b4 wishing to sell ..
