Simply really, if xxxx company wants to buy PHAR(or any other company for that matter) they offer a certain amount divided by the amount of shares. For example...if another company offered 1mil. Dollars to buy out PHAR and there was 1 mil.shares out of PHAR ,it would be 1 dollar per share!(just an example)

If the company is bought out...I believe we will make LOTS of money on our cheap undervalued shares : )
A good reason to set your sell price HIGH imo! Don't sell yourself short on this one! My sells are at $1 & $5.
