We do not for sure at all about overseas revenue at all, so unless u know something that the rest do not, unsure how u would say insignificant. I think we need to let it play out, and never rule out significant investment from over seas as well.
As for value of the new shares, I am unsure, it will be determined upon release, but I would not rule out a significant PR when they role out IMO, maybe even a significant investor.
