Let me remind you, shortly after the period in question ending September 30, CMEY received $2,000,000 from a private investor not to mention the recently increased commitment by major investors. You are simply grasping at straws here with these erroneous claims.
Also, as you stated, there is nothing to support CMEY is having any trouble with the IRS. Stop making it sound as though they are!
