No I think you are wrongO....there is nothing to suspect except they may have previous issues with the IRS, nothing more......

I studied with many enrolled agents in college and they are there
for only one reason........

go figure, you guys always flip the rock over and in denial.
but that is your opinion, I would like to see how this turns out
