yes pinks are funny

I do like when companies do filings. Most people browse the filings. I like to inspect them.

Does anybody see any signs from the 10K that payments have been getting made to Super Rad Corp?

Maybe the $108,500 deferred financing expense that shows up as an "asset" is money paid between 7/31/10 and 7/31/11 to Super Rad Corp towards the asset purchase agreement.

When the latest draft of the agreement was published on July 13, 2011 it did suggest that $105,000 had been paid to Super Rad Corp up to that point:

The 10K sure is missing a lot of information that probably should be contained in the filing.

Lots and lots of unexplained issues - none good.

I think I've seen enough at this point to put together a nice report for some special people.

-------------------------

I had stepped away from this company for a bit, but now I'm hearing lots of rumors floating around about FBCD.

Things like

-Chris is buying assets directly not through Sid

-The next pre14C for a name change will be a change from FBC Holing Inc to Plastic City (not Super Rad Corp Industries, Inc like the past pre14C filings)

-A new deal is in the works that is better than Marvel and the Super Rad stuff

-Information from Sid can't be trusted only information directly from Chris

Personally, I hate rumors, but Chris is the one that decided to run a company using speculation and not facts. He is the one that puts out the misleading press releases and allegedly feeds the speculation to people that use this forum who in turn pass the speculation on to others.

Statements like those (which may or may not all be true) sure suggest to me that the future may bring a cancellation of the Super Rad Corp agreement followed immediately by yet another new proposed agreement or change in direction by Chris (that will probably also never amount to anything real on the balance sheets) which will be meant to get investors to forget about Sid and Super Rad Corp as quickly as possible.

Maybe the next plan for FBCD is to just dump Super Rad Corp and start a toy business without Sid and Super Rad through the Plastic City model. Personally, I think FBCD without Sid/Super Rad Corp is a huge step down.

I know I've been saying the Super Rad Corp asset purchase agreement wouldn't close since March so people are probably thinking oh just more of the same - but so far I am not wrong.
