Posts about the IRP paid to promote a specific stock should be on-topic, ESPECIALLY if that IRP openly touts the stock on iHub forums without including the "Market Awareness Disclosure" notice in their posts.

I have read a comment from admin that posting about a irp of the stock of the said board is NOT off topic. The irp has disclosed compensation from the company, thus has become associated with said company. At least that's the gist of what I got from a admins answer some time in the past.
