Until they appear, they chose not to file. When they appear then they have chosen to file. It's not as though this company is one that delivers on what they promise. And you know what, it really doesn't matter if they file or not. Watch.

The audits were supposedly finished on Oct. 19th over a month ago. What are they sitting on them for?

I came, I saw, nothing but a dead company that needs to be buried.
