I believe that the discovery of the new synthetic DNA did a few very important things to Cytogenix some good and some bad but ultimately will result for the greatest good for the company and its share holders .Just remember that the new synthetic DNA threw a good wrench in the workings of cytogenix ,it put us on a path that may for all intent and purposes be a very profitable one to attain first . The herpes cream will be pushed forward, not that this will not happen the cure for herpes, but the means to get to that goal will I believe be the sale of pure DNA, and the vaccines made with such DNA . 1. why has CYGX not been able to close a deal on the DNA lab??
This could be the news coming in the next few week ,we need the DNA lab to make money for the company and I think this is a
very high priority and will be done.
2. why has CYGX been sued by Phanuel Pursuits?? and more importantly, what is really at stake in this litigation??
I always thought that Phanuel wanted a lot more information on how the SSDNA process worked and no way our company would give them this information for China and India to steal . I think that CYGX was getting bad vibes from Phanuel and phanuel made some big mistakes enough for Cytogenix to cute them loose.
3. why can't CYGX close a traditional, or even venture capital, financing deal when it supposedly has the keys to a revolution in modern medicine??
Banks want proof things work ,proof of concept is long and hard work, papers have to be written and bank have to be convinced , it will be a lot easier to get financing with the synthetic DNA lad, because DNA labs already exist and the profits are well known . I believe this will happen with Cytogenix real soon, plus we have Alfa Laval batting for us on this .
4. why has not CYGX even submitted a single IND application?
When this new synthetic DNA was discovered all old experiments went out the window and they had to start new in order to meet the new IND requirements using the new synthetic DNA it will happen but the good wrench [synthetic DNA] will be the best thing that ever happened to Cytogenix.
5. why did CYGX breach its contract with Bill Waldroff??
Even the judge said there were many mistakes in the contract and major clauses left out , I would not want to proceed with any contract with that many holes, and I think you would agree. This contract was something Malcolm inherited ,he didn't write it.
6. why did CYGX lose the lawsuit with Bill Waldroff??
Jury trial ,even O.J. Simpson won and Michael Jackson won . Jurors are Idiots.
7. why will CYGX settle at great expense, or lose outright, the Phanuel lawsuit that it claims has no merit??
I don't think they will have a jury trial this time and I think that the mistakes made by Phanuel will be obvious when the time shows them
