So you, in your obvious genius, could emulate neoms' technology and improve on it in three days, but Virgin, a billion dollar company, just couldn't figure out how to do it, so instead opted to license Neom's leading edge technology through 2016. I guess the folks at virgin wish they had a genius like you working for them instead of their own scientists and lawyers, because obviously if they had had you on their side, they would not have needed to license anything, they would have simply had you emulate neom's tech in less than three days.

LOL. Yes, neom probably did not hold out for huge money from virgin, because indeed, the settlement was indeed precedent setting; that is it's value. The precedent has been set, if anyone wants to link a barcode to the internet, they need to go through neom's bridge. Thanks for re-iterating that for us.

Air Pocket. Im glad I read your post. Now I am sure you are not only a stirrer, but youre somewhat ignorant to the ins and outs of legal agreements.
For every out of court settlement where the terms of the settlement are made public, I'll give you 10 where they are kept confidential.

If you dont believe in the likelihood of a confidentially agreement in this case, and given you think that NEOM lost out in the deal, SURELY such a negotiating coup for Virgin would have led them to release a PR bragging to their shareholders how they crushed NEOM at the negotiating table!!???
