I guess the folks at virgin wish they had a genius like you working for them instead of their own scientists and lawyers, because obviously if they had had you on their side, they would not have needed to license anything, they would have simply had you emulate neom's tech in less than three days.
LOL. Yes, neom probably did not hold out for huge money from virgin, because indeed, the settlement was indeed precedent setting; that is it's value.
