Only, the felonious management we have aren't "the brains" behind the effort to suppress CLYW's technology... clearly. They're sort of at the opposite end of that continuum.
Rather, they've been imposed on us... and they are sustained only by the enabling effort... the crimes required... to ensure governance is corrupted, and remains corrupted.
