I would agree that in large corporations you get the bad news out, but in pinky land it seems they hide it as long as possible if not forever until it is too late. I have this bad feeling they are just going to let it bleed out and reconstitute the whole thing. That seems more status quo in pinky land as they tend to take the easy way out. Again, I hope I'm very wrong.

Personally I feel the number two scenario is the most likely.

As for JV/Buyout well I hate hearing that in penny stocks. I have never seen a JV or Buyout turn into reality in a penny stock. Its about the biggest term used to scam shareholders in pump and dumps.

Now Security, well there is no reason this could not have been worked out by now. It would once again lend reasons as to the incompetence of management if it takes more than 6 months to form a business strategy with security around it.

The only true stand out problem with SNEY is the moronic idea of with holding information until they are current. The concession appear very valuable based on sampling and reports but the incredibly unprofessional acts of management are a dark cloud over the company.

Lets hope the cloud lifts soon.
