If you were watching L2 closely, you might have noticed that UBSS was on the ask (.0007) with 3MM shares. Someone tried to BUY 3MM shares at the ASK and right when that happened, UBSS took its 3MM shares and moved up to .0008. This was a little tactic to make the 3MM share buy AT THE ASK look like a sell AT THE BID. That is pure manipulation to make it look like someone is selling instead of someone is buying. So who sold the 3MM shares at .0007? It wasn't UBSS, they still have all their shares... and now they have moved back down to .0007.
I don't think UBSS is dumping shares, I think they are trying to entice buying at the ask and then letting VERT and VFIN come in to sell short shares.
Without help from the company, be on the look out for another press downward by the MM's soon.
