TRCPA - I would agree with your assessment. There was a sell on level II for 230k shares and they only let 90k go before withdrawing the order. They were probably surprised to see the orders come flying in to buy the shares up.
Gathering? If that's the case, let them gather. But they're not going to gather mine. For less than a couple of $$dollars. Well, maybe a few at a $dollar.
