On November 15, 2011, Sunderland and Hoboken returned a total of 345,075,544 shares to the treasury for cancellation.



345 million shares cancelled. Great news, but small in the scheme
of more than 2 billion shares.

Also, you are right... if they would officially tell the public
about their obtained licenses and plan to obtain 28 more in the
next 3 quarters, we'd be off to the races.

And I agree... they are hiding news. They are not PRing for a
reason. I come to this conclusion because they could never keep
their mouth shut before. Why now? A company that has PR'd every
month in 2010 and up to May 2011 is all of a sudden quiet and
rarely even returning shareholder emails.

Something is up.
