in my opinion going forward-

there is no way the merger is made up or anything like that- they could have hidden behind forward looking statements and pinksheets "caveat emptor" but if this was made up or a pipe dream- they would all got to jail- period

with that said- im about 99 percent sure that its just a shell and the financials will not affect nwau other than the dilution (price of the transaction) that seems to be limited since the post announcement earnings have been reiterated at 30 cents

i guess i would be a little concerned if they start pushing things WAY back and blaming it on the shell but im almost sure that they will not do this (at least maliciously) as it wouild still be fraud if they were just delaying to sell inside shares...

i think this still COULD be a 5 dollar stock and SHOULD be a 3 dollar stock
