I would assume most people own there shares through a broker, and most brokers take there time forwarding info, so I would think y'all will be receiving the same proxy paper work soon.

Don't worry. You'll get your proxy, too.

You can either vote your shares as: For Removal, Against Removal, or Abstain.

Plus, if you should decide not to vote, your shares will count as For Removal. How convenient is that?
