It's interesting that the only Dr. in WA where I am is in Spokane. That's the east side of the state and while certainly there are those there who could afford the procedure, there would be many more who could and would be likely to on the east side- more like the Seattle-Bellevue area.
I'd have liked to go visit the clinic, but the passes just got several feet of snow- maybe next Spring!
